He was very young, when he started his experience in the nautical sector, managing sailing schools, charter bases, harbor and shipbuilding services, evolving and developing an innovative approach to the pleasure boating.

For years he was responsible for a part of the shipbuilding services in the marina Cala de’ Medici in Castiglioncello (Livorno) before he founded his company.

He made his experience in the nautical sector starting with the management of the setting up of motor yachts, the maintenance and then the selling of new yachts. For years he was responsible for the organization of the orders and the planning regarding the service in the marina Cala de’ Medici.

Graduated in Media and Journalism, Giulia joined the Marina’s Service team in January 2012.

She is responsible for the administrative part of the company and follows all the insurance practices of our customers.

Mario is graduated in cinema, music and theater and is the artist of the team with a passion for the sea.

He joined Marina’s Service in 2015 and has been responsible for managing the warehouse, shop and purchases.

Graduated in nautical engineering, Serena began her experience with Marina’s Service in 2015.

He takes care of the commercial part, in particular he follows the sale of new boats, manages communication and deals with the web.

Since 2011, Rossella takes care of our customers’ boats.

She is responsible for the guardian service and takes care of internal and external washing of all the boats we manage.

Mario is the veteran of the team.

He joined Marina’s Service in 2010 and since then takes care of everything related to the engines every day, from simple cutting to the most complex operations of landing and boarding of the motor.

Damiano is one of our two electricians. He has been part of the team since 2012 and with Samuele he  follows all the electronic works, carrying out from the simplest maintenances, to the most complex installations.

Matteo is the sailor of the group and he takes care of everything related to the sailing world.

He works in Marina’s Service since 2012 and as a rigger follows all the simple maintenance activities and all shafting and dismasting operations.

After many years of working as a plumber, in February 2016 Roberto decided to devote himself to the nautical world.

In Marina’s Service with his experience, he takes care of the installations of the various on-board systems.
