This yacht was developed as a fast day/weekend cruiser to be sailed by the family, but with the chance to compete in the inshore races with a full crew. The arrangement of the deck reflects this aspect with the main commands of sailing a short distance from the rudder and the pedestals that provide a lot of centralized power grinder for lining. An electric winch is expected to raise the main sail. A retractable bow forward allows easy navigation with asymmetric spinnaker downwind. The anchor winch, hydraulic lifting keel and all engine controls are driven by the position of the rudder. Carbon platform is built with dimensions similar to a Volvo 60 racing yacht that allows trial sails at second-hand from the inventories of the syndicate. The property was designed by High Modulus (NZ) Ltd.
